For which purpose and on the basis of which principle do we process personal data
Sempergreen processes your personal information if you have provided permission or for the performance of an agreement. We do this for the following purposes:
- The provision of our services;
- Sending quotes, order confirmations, sales invoices and other commercial documents;
- Sending our newsletter if you have registered for this;
- In order to be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary for the performance of our services
Sempergreen does not make decisions that can have (considerable) consequences for persons on the basis of automated processing.
We do not save the data any longer than is required. In other words, we retain data for as long as it is necessary to provide you with the requested service. Information that we are required to save by law is an exception to this.
Sharing personal information with third parties
Sempergreen does not sell your information to third parties and provides this solely if it is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or in order to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor’s agreement with companies who process your data at our assignment in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality concerning your data.

Sempergreen takes the protection of your information seriously and takes appropriate measures to counter misuse, loss, unauthorised access, undesired publication and impermissible change. If you are under the impression that your data is not properly secure or if you have indications of misuse, then please contact email@example.com.

Viewing, changing or removing data
You have the right to view, correct or remove your personal information. Furthermore, you have the right to rescind any permission you may have given for data processing or you can lodge an objection to the processing of your personal information by Sempergreen, and you have the right to the transferability of data. This means that you can submit a request to us to send a computer file of the personal information that we possess about you to yourself or to any organisation you designate. You can send a request for insight, correction, removal, data transfer of your personal data or a request for rescission of your permission or objection to the processing of your personal data to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order to be certain that you are the party making the request for insight, we ask that you send a copy of your ID along with the request. In this copy, you should blacken out your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone – i.e., the row of numbers at the base of the passport), the passport number and social security number. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond as quickly as possible to your request, at least within four weeks.
Sempergreen would also like to point out to you the possibility of lodging a complaint with the (Dutch) national supervisory body, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
