The SemperGreenwall is a modular, hydroponic living wall system consisting of Flexipanels. The pre-cultivated panels are designed to be used with complete freedom according to the design. The sustainable materials combined with an automatic irrigation system ensure strong plant growth, while the fire safety certificate guarantees extra safety. The green facade system is Cradle to Cradle certified. Our reference projects around the world are proof that the Flexipanel can grow and flourish everywhere.
The Flexipanel was designed around the plants. Each Flexipanel has a duct at the top for the drip lines which deliver water and nutrients to the plants. Unlike many other systems, Flexipanels allow full rooting: the plants can grow through the membrane and the growth medium in the Flexipanel. This allows the roots to grow much longer than green wall systems that only allow the roots to grow inside the enclosure. The result is bigger, fuller plants and more flowers.
The SemperGreenwall system is the most flexible living wall system on the market. The Flexipanels, pre-cultivated in our own nursery, can be mounted on any wall or facade, indoors or outdoors, and provide an instant green environment. The use of lightweight materials and a special design means even curved surfaces are no problem.
The standard Flexipanels are Cradle to Cradle certified, which means that they add to the sustainability of your project and make SemperGreenwalls eligible for LEED or BREEAM points.
The Flexipanels measure 62 x 52 cm (W x H) and are carefully cultivated in our own greenhouse. The panels have a minimum of 90% coverage on delivery. Flexipanels with standard indoor or outdoor plants are often available from stock. If you have special planting requirements, Sempergreen can help.
Safety and quality are paramount to Sempergreen. Our living wall systems are tested and certified for European fire safety class A2-s2,d0 and class B-s2,d0, which means that Flexipanels can also be used in escape routes.
