Henriette Vink new director Sempergreen Vertical Systems

As of November 16, 2020, Henriette Vink started as the new director of Sempergreen Vertical Systems for Europe. With the appointment of Henriette Sempergreen Vertical Systems chooses to take the next step in its growth ambitions. As director of Sempergreen Vertical Systems, Henriette will lead a team of specialists in the field of living walls, varying from the cultivation process to sales and maintenance.

Henriette has extensive experience in various director positions. Over the past fifteen years, Henriette has made a career in financial services, within both the private and business branches of Rabobank and Volkswagen AG (VAG), respectively. She gained a lot of experience with improvement processes from the perspective of Lean Management, in which the human capacity within an organization is central. Henriette will be looking at how this can be used in a smart way, with the aim of creating as much value as possible for the customer. By giving employees full confidence, Henriette strives that the employees will be able to rise above themselves, without losing sight of the company’s interests.

Henriette is looking forward to be able to put her experience into practice to create a green and liveable world. “I have young children myself. They show me the importance of a greener world, not only for ourselves, but also for the generations to come. I cannot wait to contribute my bit to it.”
